• In August 2009 is our 6th birthday, Mi Raza Magazine was formerly Caramba Magazine during the first 2 and a half years.

• Mi Raza Magazine is published twice per month, every 1st and 15th of every month.

•Our distribution is 20,000 every 15 days. It is distributed in the Kansas City metropolitan area; from Gladstone to Olathe, Kansas City KS, Kansas City MO., Lenexa, Overland Park, Shawnee, Independence, Grandview and Belton.

• Mi Raza is distributed in more than 370 places, mostly Hispanic businesses and also in 12 to 15 high traffic stores like Price Choppers, Walmarts, Apple Markets, K-Marts; done by the distribution company DISTRIBUTECH.

• We have only 3% returns, meaning that we only pick up around 600 magazines out of 20,000 for recycling, mostly too damaged magazines to be picked up by our readers.

• Our deadlines are 5 days before every publishing date (usually the 10th and 25th), but sometimes we make exceptions and we accept last minute ads.

• Once the contract is signed, we will proceed to collect all needed information to design the ad; advertising message, pictures, logo , etc., ( Written notes, hard copies, or digital files if available). The advertiser assumes responsibility for any legal issues related to copyrights infringements.

• Once the information is complete, we will provide an ad prof within 24 to 48 hrs (if an email address is provided).

• All ads must be approved before is published.

• Payments: We expect to be paid for the first issue at the time when the contract is signed, after that, billing will be sent the same day the distribution is started, we expect that you send us the payment when the bill is received.
